Kevin Dooley

Kevin Dooley—longtime missionary and former President of ICOM—has spent his life serving others. From planting churches in Panama to ministry work in Morocco and supporting global missions, Kevin has faithfully answered God’s call for decades.

Just last December, after more than 30 hours in the ER, Kevin was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive and often terminal form of brain cancer.

Since then, he has undergone multiple surgeries and is now undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. In just five months, medical costs have exceeded $140,000. While insurance covers a portion, Kevin and his wife Kim are facing thousands in out-of-pocket expenses—creating a significant financial and emotional burden.

For those who may not know Kevin, his life has been marked by faithful ministry. A graduate of Ozark Christian College and ordained at Kingsway Christian Church in Indianapolis, he spent a decade planting churches in Panama, where he also partnered with Christ In Youth to mentor and host interns.

Kevin and Kim then served another ten years in Morocco in ministry and community work before returning to the U.S., where Kevin has supported global missions through the Central India Christian Mission (alongside Dr. Ajai Lall), and, for the past six years, Pioneer Bible Translators.

Today, Kevin is in the fight of his life. And this is where we can step in.

KBF has launched a campaign to raise at least $20,000 to help cover these urgent medical costs. Would you prayerfully consider giving?

Whether you can give $100, $1,000, or more, every gift will make a meaningful difference for Kevin and Kim during this difficult time.
