SHAWN MCMULLEN
Chairman
Shawn McMullen is editor of Christian Standard and part-time preaching minister with the Vevay Church of Christ in Vevay, Indiana. He is a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University and Cincinnati Bible Seminary. Shawn and his wife, Ree, have three daughters, three sons-in-law, and five grandchildren.
CINDY WILLISON
Vice Chair
Cindy is currently serving as Data Quality Coordinator with the Technical Team for Southland Christian Church in Lexington, Kentucky — a church she has called “home” since 1986. Cindy is a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University, where she also served in various leadership roles for 12 years. She has also been part of the leadership teams for Access Ministries, KY, Ministro Journeys, the North American Christian Convention, and Women in Service for Christ (WISC).
DON HAMILTON
Board Member
Don is a semi-retired pastor who served thirty-eight years at Vibrant A Christian Church in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He now leads his company, donmarkhamilton.com where he is a writer, speaker, and consultant. Don writes a weekly blog article called, Live Inspired! and is publishing a new book on leadership called, Lead Like a Bodyguard – Fifty-Two Timeless Leadership Lessons which will be released in the near future. The book is based on the story of Nehemiah.
Don has four daughters and sons-in-law and seven grandchildren. He was married to his wife, Gail for thirty—eight years before her passing in 2018 from cancer. Don loves to travel, cook, read, write, and meet new friends.

DAVID DUNCAN
Board Member
David Duncan is a mentor, trainer, and coach for development professionals, churches, and nonprofit organizations. David has an extensive understanding of nonprofit fundraising and donor relationship development and retention. Through his development work, he has friends coast to coast. For more than 30 years, David has also been a counsel to individual Christian stewards. Through a straightforward, genuine, honest, and sincere approach, David has helped thousands fulfill their generosity desires and achieve “God’s plan of stewardship for their giving.” David’s knowledge and experience help clients navigate current, deferred, estate, planned, and non-cash giving strategies – to fund their visionary Kingdom projects. David is a devoted husband, dad, and Poppie who enjoys hunting, fishing, and most any outdoor activity.
DAVID CHAPMAN
Board Member
For 35 years David Chapman preached for Christian Churches in Georgia, Tennessee and Florida. He led in the start of numerous new congregations as well as growing churches where he ministered. David served on a number of church affiliated boards and has preached revival meetings throughout the South. Born and raised in southern Illinois, David moved with his family to Georgia and graduated from Russell High School in East Point, Georgia. He is a graduate of Atlanta Christian College, but credits his father and father-in-law, who were both Christian Church ministers, with providing life examples of Christian Ministry.
In 1992 David founded Church Development Fund of Georgia and served as its president for four years until the one-state ministry was merged with CDF of California. David has since traveled the southern regions of the country helping churches with building projects and encouraging church growth. David has often said that one of his greatest joys in life was helping churches get from where they were to where they wanted to be. Retiring from CDF David then accepted a part time ministry with Kairos Benevolence Fund and enjoyed the privilege of helping ministers and missionaries in their time of need.
In January of 2022 David’s wife of 63 years. Gale Shepard Chapman, passed from this life to her eternal reward and David continues to live near family in Hartselle, Alabama.
MIKE SCHRAGE
Board Member
Mike Schrage is a graduate of Southern Illinois University (1977) and later attended Ozark Christian College to augment his biblical and cross-cultural studies. He married (Karolyn Nutt) in 1981. Three years later, Mike and Karolyn began serving as missionaries in Western Kenya. They used their degrees and study in Bible, agriculture and nursing to initiate a church-planting effort among the Pokot people. Seven thousand people had been baptized and 130 congregations started in Kenya by 1994.
Mike has been involved in preaching, Christian education, and leadership training for 40 years. Mike also collaborated with others to establish a Christian media center in Nairobi, Kenya (GNPI-Africa). In June of 2003, Mike and his family relocated to Joplin, Missouri where he joined the staff of GNPI. In 2011, Mike became president of Good News Productions, International. Meanwhile, Karolyn serves as the executive director of Life Choices, a community medical clinic in Joplin, Missouri.
Mike and Karolyn have been blessed with three children all married and eight grandchildren. The Schrage’s enjoy watching their grandchildren compete in sports along with their involvement in other school and family activities. They also relish trying new restaurants and traveling.
LISA LEWIS
Board Member
Lisa Lewis lives in Lexington, KY and works in production for the
Georgetown campus of Southland Christian Church. Lisa is a graduate of
Cincinnati Christian University in music and after multiple years with
CCU working in outreach, admissions, and events, she was on staff at
Kingsway Christian near Indianapolis. She also served on the
production team for the North American Christian Convention for many
years and works with local churches and schools as a consultant and
trainer for their production teams.

DAVID PACE
President
David is the Founder and President of KBF with a heart for Kingdom workers who, after a life-time of faithful service, find themselves facing a financial or health crisis that they simply do not have the resources to meet. David is a graduate of the Cincinnati Bible Seminary and the husband of his “soul-mate”, Joy. He has served in pastoral roles with local churches, leadership roles with parachurch organizations, and now is devoting his time to the Gospel as set forth in Matthew 25:34-45.
LORI FABBRI
Treasurer
Lori is mostly retired after 35+ years in the banking industry. KBF came into her life in March of 2023 after a conversation with God that she might be ready for something to do…two days later she was talking to David about becoming KBF’s Treasurer! Her joy is her family, her two labradoodles and spending time with friends.
TAMI MILBRANDT
Vice President
Tami is a servant of the Kingdom. She has been involved with the ministry of KBF since its inception in 2012 and currently serves as Vice President. Tami is the wife to her high school sweetheart, Adam, and mom of two incredible kids, Nolan and Alylah Jo. She lives in the majestic Denver, Colorado. Tami has a BA in Economics, a Master’s in Business and aspires to one day receive her Master’s in Divinity. She loves hiking, reading, and coffee. Tami was reborn on July 11, 2010 when she gave her life to the Lord. She finds great joy in serving ministers and missionaries.
KIMBERLY HOW
Event Manager
Kimberly has a heart for ministry and a love for event marketing & planning. She has spent the last 20 years managing events for a variety of companies and ministries, including CDF Capital for over 10 years, and now KBF. She holds a BA in Business, Marketing from California State University, Fullerton, and attends Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA.
Kimberly is a proud mother of boy/girl twins, Tyler & Emily, and her dog, Sparky. She enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, volunteering, shopping & traveling.
PAM KREDELL
Secretary
Pam has spent the last 15 years leading teams and overseeing business operations in various industries. Her focus is helping businesses establish or improve organizational structures and operational effectiveness. She also coaches individual employees to reach their goals.
Pam is a proud wife and mother of 4 beautiful children; 2 boys and 2 girls. She lives in Arizona where she is an avid runner, loyal coffee drinker and cupcake enthusiast. Pam enjoys serving in the high school ministry at her church where she leads a small group of high school girls.
